Social Learning Theory-comment
Although we learn by our own trial and error, we also perform much learning by watching other people. It is, after all, safer to let others make the mistakes. When the behavior makes sense, we go through it in our minds then try it for ourselves.
example
When I saw my idols in televisions especially the singers, I always imitating them and I have a confident to show my talent or skills in music.

A researcher wants to get opinions from non-working mothers. They go around an area knocking on doors during the day when children are likely to be at school. They ask to speak to the 'woman of the house. Their first questions are then about whether there are children and whether the woman has a day job.

-comment on the video of Tolman :
In this video, the rat with the mazes were shown. Base on my observation, the rat that easily find his way out maybe felt hungry. That is why his instinct taught him to find a short way going to the food for he is hungry. However, compared to the rats that were not hungry, they were not easily go out and find the food instead , they were just exploring for they were not feeling hungry.
