The Best Area in School.

The best area in school is our speech laboratory. It is because , the students ,specifically the students in each section , session or group, can accommodate ,almost all the equipments in the speech laboratory. It is really fascinating in learning or it is a big help especially on improving our speech skills. Through these , almost , all the perfect equipments that can be used in there, helps in motivating the students learning on speech .

The needs improvement place in school.
The needs improvement area for me in school is our school Av R's. It is because when there will be a seminar or a meeting, the room could not accommodate almost ,all the students in every programs or in every courses, that's why, there will be a possibility that only those minimal students can accommodate the chairs in the Av R, and there will be no partiality in the accommodating the students needs.
One true situation is about the "effective teaching" seminar ,with the resource speaker, Professor Kenneth Allan Brown. For us , TEP students , it is our great opportunity to witnessed or to hear the words of wisdom or ideas about the effective teaching especially , we the TEP students as the future teacher someday ,that was being conducted by Professor Brown, unfortunately, due to the scarcity of the space specifically the grade school Av R, only those selected (20) students and together with the faculty teachers, had witnessed this said seminar. So some of us , feels uneasy and feelthat they are not been Proirities.

The needs improvement area for me is the canteen, because the area is so small not enough to cater the population of the school. The area is very crowded.

The best area for me is the Speech Laboratory. When I was in high school every time we have a speech all of us are happy because were using the equipments and especially the air con. Besides, every time we have a activity especially in singing or others....only the teacher and students can hear.

Example of Operant Conditioning

Every time someone flushes a toilet in the apartment building, the shower becomes very hot and causes the person to jump back. Over time, the person begins to jump back automatically after hearing the flush, before the water temperature changes.

The needs improvement area for me :

The needs improvement area for me is the canteen, because the area is so small not enough to cater the population of the school. The area is very crowded. If I went there just as the Basic Education students are having there recess, I could hardly buy the foods I want because the store is too little and the personnel also is lacking. If it will rain, raindrops will enter the canteen compound because it is too open.

My best area in school :

Base on my observation, the best area for me is the school library. School library because I love to stay there for it is very relaxing. Besides, I'm resting there , I'm relaxing while learning for there are lots of informative books. The environment is cool enough, and it is very quite, you can hardly hear the noise outside. Furthermore, the books and other facilities are well-organized. I am very comfortable if I am there. And the materials are age-appropriate.

- examples on the theory of Operant Conditioning -

In a classroom situation, if the teacher offer a positive reinforcement that during the long quiz, before the final examination, if the students will get perfect score ,they will be exempted in the exam, And so, the students will do their best and will study hard because there is positive reinforcement. While if they won't pass the long quiz, they won't have a plus point in their project and class performance.

during the examination , in order for us to get perfect, we must undergo a trial and error process. We must keep on practicing for us to be familiarized a certain topic. In life situation, if the person already experienced that certain problem he knew now how to solved that problem if he encounter it already.

An 8 months child was being taught on how to close and open her palms because he don't know how to do so. Her parents did this almost everyday, and so because of this , for an about 12 months old(1 year) the child knows how to do so.

Anne wants to get the bracelet of her classmate that is on her disk , but she couldn't because she knows that if she will do it, her classmate will never have a trust on her anymore.

You are learning on how to drive a bicycle . After much fall from the bicycle and through the several trials , you gradually learn how to associate the paddles perfectly and how to drive the bicycle.

Your father will give you a credit card at the end of your first year in college if you will get a better grades. Because of this, you make an effort especially on your study habit so that you could get a better grades in school in order for you to have the credit card of your father.

-comment on the vedio of Classical Conditioning -

Your topic is interesting, because we can really relate it to our daily life situation. While watching the video and analyzing the topic, I've learned a lot.I learned that if we repeatedly do things we could master it and be used to it. As a would be teacher, we could use this as our technique in order for our would be students to understand the topic well. we must condition them for them to learn. As what Pavlov done to the dog.

  • If a child hears a bell ringing on the street, he/she immediately think that there is an ice cream, even if he/she did not see it.
